With the help of Diane from @FanMiguelFerrer, Ana from Daniela Ruah Fans, Krisztina from Eric and Sarah Fans, and Colleen from NCIS: Los Angeles Fan

. We have created a page with Stand Up 2 Cancer in honor of Miguel Ferrer. As you know Miguel Ferrer passed away two weeks ago, after a long battle with throat cancer. We wanted to do something to honor him, as he was part of are “NCIS: LA” familia. Not only that, but he also had many more other credits and we want to reach out all those who been along on his journey.

We have created a page on the Stand Up 2 Cancer site, where you can donate to honor Miguel and help others who are still fighting. You can find the link HERE.

NCIS: LA Boss Hints at Plan to Be ‘As Noisy As We Can Be’ in New Time Slot

August 22, 2014

CBS’ NCIS: Los Angeles kicks off its sixth season on Sept. 29 — now airing Mondays at 10/9c, opposite ABC’s stalwart Castle (which is coming off its most watched season ever) and NBC’s buzzy The Blacklist (aka last year’s No. 1 new drama).

It’s an unenviable position to be in, christening a brand-new home — a new night, at a later hour — and without your sire/TV’s most watched drama, NCIS, opening the night. (Instead, the freshman drama Scorpion will lead into NCIS: LA.) But the folks in LA have a plan.

“We are going to try to make the show as noisy as we possibly can,” showrunner Shane Brennan told TVLine during our Fall Preview Q&A.

Fortunately for NCIS: LA, Brennan says, “the writers, the cast and the crew have always operated at 100 percent. We’ve never backed off on anything, and we’re not backing off now in any way.” So the idea is to take what already works and kick it up a notch when possible.

“Will we have some more-familiar guest casting? Possibly,” Brennan allows. “We also hope to be able to make those great action sequences that we do so well even more intense.” (There may even be some decidedly “mature” romantic fare on tap. “If you like Kensi and Deeks and you are intrigued by Talia, you are in for a kind of full-on moment” in the premiere, the show boss teases.)

But in terms of the NCIS: LA that has thrived for five seasons, “We won’t disappoint the fans by changing it dramatically to fit the time slot,” he makes clear. “They’re going to be relieved to know that it’s the same show that they love.”

As for the procedural’s potential audience of newcomers, Brennan believes that “anyone who has the habit of watching CBS at 10 o’clock on a Monday night will be rewarded with a really intriguing show. I think we can cater to new fans because of what we’ve been doing that kept the old fans happy for five seasons.”

New Layout

April 21, 2014

We have a brand new layout for the main site and gallery thanks to Autumn Sky Designs. So you all love it as much as we do. We are in the process of chancing some things around. One of them being that we are going to be updating all the links. Making sure all them are working and fix ones that don’t. Also will be double checking to see what sites are linking back to us, so if you are affiliates with us and aren’t linking back please do so. For now the quote and photo of the moment are going to stay, but the video of the moment will change. If anyone sees one that really like you can send it our way and we’ll post it up. The last thing we’ll be changing in the poll of the moment, long over due right? When we finally come up with a good question we’ll change it. If anyone has one in mine please, please share.

We are going to look for way to add some new things to the site. With our sister site NCISLA Source, we created a performer of the week. We’ll figure something out and if we can’t do it before the end of the season. Then we will work on getting it up set for the season premiere or before then. We’ll keep you in the loop. We having been working on trying to get the screencaps up to date. We are sorry they are so behind and hope that won’t happen again.

Matt’s Inside Line: Deeks Family?

August 29, 2013

Can you give us any hints on how Deeks’ mom will come into play this season on NCIS: Los Angeles? –Anna
Actually, somewhat interestingly, she won’t – meaning, I hear that at this time there are no plans to introduce her. (This topic, on which I have received multiple reader emails, is apparently the result of some game of “Telephone.” Sorry!)

NCIS: Los Angeles Actor Eric Christian Olsen and Wife Welcome Baby Boy

August 26, 2013

It’s a boy!

NCIS: Los Angeles actor Eric Christian Olsen and his wife, actress Sarah Wright, welcomed their first child into the world on Aug. 16, People magazine confirmed.

The new parents named their little bundle of joy Wyatt Olivier, who weighed in at 9 lbs. 8 oz. Too cute!

Olsen told the magazine, “”I’ve been a part of some pretty incredible experiences in my life, but I’ve never been a part of something so surreal, so life affirming and so insanely beautiful as watching my son come into this world.”

Now that’s quite a proud papa!

“It was this watershed moment where I knew that everything I valued before seems finite and temporary,” the 36-year-old added.

The actor also spilled the details on his wife’s birth plans.

“Sarah wanted to do a natural birth at home and she fought through 17 hours of intense labor before we finally got to meet Wyatt,” he explained.

“I can only take stock in how lucky I am to have this amazing, powerful, woman in my life, and a beautiful new son.”

The couple tied the knot in June 2012 at their family ranch near Jackson Hole, Wyo.
